Job Description
- General administration support, clerical works and ad hoc assignments
- Travel and accommodation arrangement
- Prepare sales quotations and reports
- Drafting letters and memorandums
- Support company functions/staff activities
Requirements
- Tertiary education
- 1-2 years of working experiences in sales coordination or office administration
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and handle multi-tasks
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
- Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel, Chinese Input
