Job Description
- Manage projects including the implementation and usage of hardware and software
- Provide basic technical support
- Prepare FAQ and help page to resolve user's enquiries
- Handle phone enquiries and email escalation, ensure first call resolution and answer basic “how-to” questions
- Coordinate the development of new solutions as assigned
- Support Card Printing
Requirements
- Detail oriented and able to work efficiently and independently within timeline
- Solid commitment to customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through
- Strong skills in project management is definitely an advantage
- Sound PC knowledge
- Certificate/ Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline

- Self-motivated, teamwork and hardworking, with interest in latest technologies
- Good interpersonal and solution formulation skill
- Decisive and Outgoing
