Handle and follow up customer requests, enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Liaise with internal technical staff for updating progress / feedback to the customers.

Assist in providing regular CS reports to the supervisors.

Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain smooth operation.
Requirements

Degree holder.

Minimum 2 years customer services experience.

Mature, responsible and able to work under pressure.

Cheerful, service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in Cantonese and English, with Putonghua proficiency a definite advantage.

Hands-on experience of PC operations, Internet knowledge and Chinese Word Processing.

Provide first line helpdesk support and advice to our end users.
