Job Description
- Problem shooting and providing timely advice to clients on our eLearning products and applications.
- Enable customer to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services.
- Follow up new product or upgrades product information.
- Participate in new product initiatives.
- Lead meetings with internal and external parties to maintain the best operation.
Requirements
- Degree holder in telecommunications, information technology, computer science or related discipline.
- 2 years or above customer service related experience preferred.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure.
- Good analytical skills and ability in handling complex enquiries independently.
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, Putonghua a plus.
- Experience in using eClass, understanding of eLearning a strong advantage.
- Solid IT knowledge and school experience preferrable.
