Job Description
- Provide desk side support for internal end users
- Technical support for customer service delivery and availability
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Provide and maintain computing equipment
- Support event setup
- ad hoc jobs
- Report to MIS Manager
Requirements
- End user oriented and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and problem solving skills
- At least 1 year experience in end user support
- Knowledge in MS Windows, MS Office, Mac OS X and Google Apps for Work
- Experience in Linux server setup and administration is an advantage
- Diploma in Computer or related discipline
